How do I refer a self-employed client?

Will my client need two years of tax returns?

No. Self-employed clients qualify on bank statements, 1099s, a profit-and-loss statement, or assets instead of tax-return net income. Bank-statement income uses standard expense factors, never 100% of deposits. Every file is subject to full credit, asset, property, and ability-to-repay review.

Do I stay the agent on the deal?

Yes. You stay your client's real estate agent. We handle only the financing, send you a pre-approval your client can write offers with, and keep you in the loop at each step. There is no cost to refer.

What does it cost me to refer?
